ADBR 205 - Musician Zine

One of my favorite bands, the 1975, is a band based in Manchester, England, and is well-known for their hit singles, Chocolate, The Sound, and It’s Not Living (If It’s Not With You.) This pop-punk band utilizes very grungy aesthetics in their promotional visuals, all while releasing poetic and meaningful music. I wanted to capture both of these almost clashing sides of the band in this promotional zine centered around their third studio album, I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful, Yet So Unaware Of It.
